‘Tis the season to deck the halls, fa la la la la, la la la. It’s always worth coming to see the house in all it’s Christmas splendour, each room has a different theme based on the history of the house!
2. Mulled Wine Weekend
Our Annual Mulled Wine Weekend is on the 7th & 8th, join us for free and enjoy choirs, folk dancing, mummers plays, wassailing, festive food, children’s crafts and of course lots of mulled wine.
3. Christmas Menu
Enjoy some festive food in our Cafe right up till Christmas Eve! The Cafe will be open everyday in December bar Mondays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Years Eve.
4. Christmas shopping
Our shop is crammed full of gifts and sticking fillers for all your family and friends. We’re open until 3pm on Christmas Eve!
5. The sheep are here!
We know it’s almost Christmas when our sheep friends take residence in the mead. These woolly friends spend a couple of months here chewing our grass and helping to keep it healthy with plenty of biodiversity.
