Yoga Day Retreat
A calming, relaxing, restorative day
20th September 9.30 – 16.30
Numbers will be kept low to allow for social distancing within our spacious barn where there is plenty of airflow and space for all participants.
Enjoy a day of yoga and creation at Gilbert White’s House with Glittering Yogi – Jackie King.
Based in the beautiful 16th century grounds and grounds at Gilbert White’s take part in yoga sessions, countryside walks in the beautiful South Downs National Park, a workshop breathing in nature and a creative activity.
Enjoy a seasonal and healthy lunch as well as snacks, infused waters and teas.
A luscious whole day of Yoga, Hiking, creativity, breathing techniques + guided visualisation teamed with delicious AMAZING food + refreshments.
Set in the grounds of Gilbert White’s House, a tranquil piece of quiet paradise with a beautiful relaxing vibe + warm feel in the middle of the Hampshire countryside. We will flow with our yoga in the fresh morning air, relax and wander around the grounds and woodland spotting birds, wild flowers + all manner of wildlife. Chatter over lunches, teas/coffees + infused waters with delicious cakes + treats + immerse ourselves in something creative + fun – please don’t worry if you don’t feel creative, it’s more about connecting to + focusing on what’s in front of us 🙂 topping off the day with Restorative Yoga + leaving full of vim + vigour.

When entering the village from the A31:
Enter Selborne and continue along the road past the museum. When you see the Selborne Arms take the first turn on the right immediately after the Selborne Arms. You will see a car park on your right, go to the back of this section into the rear section of car park labelled overflow. Straight on to the back of this is The Barn signposted Field Studies Centre.
When entering the village from Petersfield direction:
Enter Selborne and continue along the road. When you see the Selborne Arms take the turn immediately before the pub on the left. You will see a car park on your right, go to the back of this section into the rear section of car park labelled overflow. Straight on to the back of this is The Barn signposted Field Studies Centre.
