Yoga has the ability to offer a positive and powerful accompaniment as you navigate the changes you and your body are going through and move forward to a new chapter.
Our day is structured around providing tools for you to take home and utilise in your daily life and we will spend time easing through several yoga sequences and breathing techniques which can assist in alleviate menopause symptoms from anxiety, hot flashes, low mood + fatigue.
The pure bliss of the meadow and barn provide a perfect backdrop along with a delicious lunch and refreshments to soothe our souls.
